Over time, LED displays experience wear and tear, leading to issues such as dead or missing pixels, failing hub boards, bad receiving cards, and power supply problems. Methodist Hospital faced such challenges with its P1.5 LED screen and sought assistance from CMG Visuals to determine whether to repair or replace it. Despite other vendors deeming the display irreparable, CMG Visuals assured the Hospital that the screen could be restored to its original working condition. Within weeks, a factory representative was on-site to perform OEM repairs, replacing dead or missing pixels, failing receiving cards, hub boards, and IC chips. Additionally, CMG Visuals replenished the spare module batch to enable future hot-swap repairs. This was particularly significant as neither the original integrator nor reseller of the screen provided hardware support, even though the display manufacturer could resolve the issues.
