LED Screen Rental for a Corporate Event at The Statler Hotel in Dallas

CMG Visuals brought a 194 sqft indoor LED video wall into The Statler, Curio Collection by Hilton in downtown Dallas to headline a corporate event held in one of the city's most storied venues. The screen gave the room a sense of scale and occasion that matched the hotel's history.

The wall did more than display slides. CMG used it to shape the entire stage environment, shifting between presentation content, speaker visuals, and motion graphics that kept the program feeling alive rather than static. Guests at every table stayed locked onto the stage.

Sharpness mattered in a room this size. CMG specified 101R Series panels at a P2.6 pixel pitch, fine enough that presentation text read cleanly from the front rows yet bright and bold enough to reach the back of the hall without losing detail or color.

The smoothest events are the ones where the tech disappears, and that was CMG's job here. The crew set the wall, calibrated it, monitored it live, and struck it cleanly afterward, so the client experienced a flawless show and none of the logistics.
