Outdoor LED Rental for Google Cloud’s Live TV Shoot in Dallas

CMG deployed two 101R Series outdoor LED panels totaling 258 sqft for Google Cloud's Beat Bryson live activation in Dallas. The screens anchored the experience, pairing a branded main wall with a live simulator display inside the golf bay.

Set in an open-air plaza, the build invited guests to step up and take aswing against Bryson DeChambeau in a Foresight Sports golf simulator. The main LED wall carried Beat Bryson branding and the colorful Google Cloud set, while the in-bay screen rendered the course in real time as players hit each shot.

The outdoor-rated 101R Series was built for exactly this setting. It stayed bright, sharp, and color accurate under full daylight, keeping both the branded content and the live simulator feed readable for guests on site and clean for broadcast cameras.

CMG ran the rental from start to finish, covering precision panel bypanel assembly, PIXERA media server setup and calibration, on-site technical support across the full activation, and complete teardown once the event wrapped.
